To produce these new tires, CTNA utilized its global
The new tires are:
* The HSL Eco Plus, a long haul steer tire, with an 18/32 in. tread depth and equal rib widths to evenly distribute pressure, providing long mileage, reduced rolling resistance and increased resistance to irregular wear. Unique new Stone Ejection System reduces stone retention and casing penetrations.
* The HDL Eco Plus, a long haul drive tire, with a 28/32 in. tread depth and new advanced tread compound, providing long original mileage and low rolling resistance. The closed shoulder tread design provides even tread wear while still providing excellent traction.
* The HTL, a long haul trailer tire, with a 13/32 in. tread depth and shoulder protection rib, providing long mileage and resistance to rapid shoulder wear. Scuff ribs protect the sidewall from curbing and cutting, and the Visual Alignment Indicator System alerts users to tire tracking problems.
* The HSU, a 10,000 lb. on/off highway heavy service tire, with a 24/32 in. tread depth and special cut and tear resistant tread compound provides excellent wear in both high scrub and on/off road applications. Aggressive curb rib reduces damage from curbing, cuts and abrasions, and the Visual Alignment Indicator System alerts users to tire tracking problems.
* The HSC, an all-position on/off highway service tire, with a 23/32 in. tread depth and cut/chip resistant tread compound provides long tread life on/off road conditions. New sidewall profile with a curb rib reduces damage from curbing, cuts and abrasions and Stone Ejection System reduces stone retention and casing penetrations.
* The HDC, an on/off highway drive tire, with a 30/32 in. tread depth and aggressive tread design using lateral grooves and sipes, providing great traction in all weather conditions both on and off the road. New sidewall profile with a curb rib reduces damage from curbing, cuts and abrasions while innovative groove angles prevent stone retention and casing penetrations.
* The HDO, an off highway drive tire, with a 32/32 in. tread depth and aggressive, self-cleaning tread pattern, providing great tractin in predominant off highway applications. New sidewall profile with a curb rib reduces damage from curbing, cuts and abrasions. Stone Ejection System reduces stone retention and casing penetrations.
