Boston Can Really Book 'Em

Boston — Here's some pretty good proof that the Salt Lake City area is not entirely booked — even during the Winter Olympic Games.

A single tour company, Target Sport Adventure here, says it has received advance bookings of some 12,000 room nights for its Olympic Winter Games package, what it called an "overwhelming response." According to Target Sport Adventures president Brian Lash, the best prices are available at Park City hotels and condos, which are significantly lower than other nearby winter resort areas.

While finding meeting space may be impossible during the Games, there are still prime incentive opportunities. For example, IBM the Netherlands is using the Target Sport Adventures-Park City Olympic package as part of an employee reward program.
