PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The local VIETNAM CEMENT CORP. (VNCC) recently revealed its development master plan for the central and central highland regions of Vietnam. In so doing VNCC is planning to build a cement plant in Cam Thinh commune, Cam Ranh town, that will have an installed production capacity of 500,000 tons per year.

As things currently stand, construction start-up was tentatively scheduled to being by December 2006. The cost to complete the project has been pegged at $28,000,000.
