Once upon a time there was the "China Card": something that U.S. politicos since Richard Nixon have dealt out whenever they wanted to appear statemanlike. Last week, with the signing of an agreement of industrial cooperation by a visiting high-level, 12 member Chinese delegation -- the largest and most senior ever to visit Israel -- there were high hopes.

But U.S.-Chinese relationships have not been much improved by waving the Chinese flag. Will Israel-Chinese business relations improve as a result of last week's well-publicized jaunt?
