PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The US TRADE & DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (TDA) recently provided a grant to the local ATTOCK REFINERY LTD. (ARL) in order to enable the completion of a project feasibility study regarding the upgrade of its Rawalpindi refinery. As a result, ATTOCK subsequently retained the services of US-based FOSTER WHEELER USA CORP. (FWUSA) to complete the study.
