MAITLAND, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 1999--

North American Sports Management, Inc. (NORAM) announced today that it had completed the purchase of the outstanding partnership units owned by Hollywood Park, Inc. (NYSE:HPK) of Huron Gaming, L.P.

In making the announcement, Alan

H. Ginsburg, Chairman of NORAM, said: "We are very pleased that we were able to conclude this transaction with Hollywood Park. It is truly a win-win situation for both parties and allows NORAM and the Wyandotte Nation to proceed with their plans to open a facility at The Woodlands, located in Kansas City, Kansas."

As part of the transaction, Hollywood Park purchased NORAM's share of HP Yakama, Inc., the operator of a facility in Yakama, Wash.

NORAM is a Florida Corporation organized to assist Native American tribes throughout the United States in economic development programs. It is in partnership with three tribes and has projects under development in four states.
