TJM Restaurant Management L.L.C., the largest franchisee for Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, is in negotiations for a restaurant at Ford Field.

"We are negotiating the possibility of locating a restaurant in the Ford Field development,'' said Stan Harris, president of Baton Rouge, La.-based TJM, which operates eight Ruth's Chris restaurants, including one in the Top of Troy building. A letter of intent has been negotiated, Harris said, but not signed.
