Definitions for: Securities Exchange of Thailand (SET)
Securities Exchange of Thailand (SET)

only stock market in Thailand, based in Bangkok. The SET Index, calculated by the exchange, and the Bangkok Book Club Price Index, compiled by the Book Club Finance and Securities Co. Ltd., include all corporate stocks and mutual funds and are the most widely watched. Trading is conducted through the ASSET automated electronic trading system Monday through Friday from 10 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., and 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. Trades are settled on the third business day after the trade date.
