* Consulting and Transformational Change Management, NAICS 541611, 50% small business reserve;

* Academic Licensing, Credentials, And Online Degrees, NAICS 611310, 50% small business reserve; and

* GoLearn Staff Support, NAICS 541611, a small business set-aside.
