Viewers are an essential part of any complex software. Many people in a project team may need to see and possibly interact with generated reports, but do not justify the use of and training to use the whole program. Adobe's Acrobat is a supreme example. Now Moldflow has produced a free viewer for its MPI simulation software that lets all members of a design team collaborate on project parameters and view--and understand--the process simulation analysis. Clive Maier explains.
