THE FINANCIAL SERVICES industry has been presented with Australia's first voice enabled real time credit card bill payment gateway.

VeCommerce Ltd, the leading supplier of natural language speech recognition (NLSR) and voice enabled e-commerce solutions, has launched VePay, which eliminates the need for customers to push buttons or speak to a live call centre agent to make credit card payments via telephone.

VePay can be deployed within another voice enabled e-commerce application or as a standalone application for use within a contact centre.
