Intraco Systems, Inc., an international leader

in systems integration and converging technologies, announced today that it has signed an agreement to merge with Custom Touch Electronics, Inc. (OTC BB:CTSP), bringing both companies under the Intraco Systems corporate name and changing its trading symbol to INSY. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, however the merger will provide Intraco with a rapid go-to-market approach that will allow it to quickly fulfill its acquisition and growth strategy.

Intraco will focus its merger and acquisition strategy on companies specializing in three areas of IT: networking and systems integration, Internet and e-commerce business solutions, and telecommunications technologies.
