AccuDocs LLC, one of the largest full-service providers of document outsourcing solutions in the United States, today announced it will print, bind and ship over 1,200 training manuals on demand every month for Batky Howell, a leading educator of professional software developers.

AccuDocs will build a custom Web portal for Batky-Howell, which will enable the company to access OPACS, AccuDocs' fully automated, zero latency Operations, Production and Control System, via the Internet. Batky-Howell will access OPACS online to place orders, check real time inventory and monitor work in progress from the moment it is ordered until the moment someone signs for the order delivery.

Batky-Howell will save thousands of dollars in shipping costs by taking advantage of AccuDocs' distributive print capability. AccuDocs will strategically route data files to its Atlanta and San Jose processing centers to get training manuals and supporting materials into the mail stream quickly and cost-effectively.
