Strategic alliance offers ability to accelerate business closure,

This strategic alliance permits Deloitte & Touche to deliver end-to-end e-business services by replacing paper-based transactions and ink signatures with web-enabled electronic documents that can be executed (signed) over the Internet using iLumin's Digital HandShake(TM) technology.
