MELBOURNE, Fla.--Jan. 16, 2001--Identitech Inc., a leading supplier of document management and workflow software technology, announced today that it will be pursuing new distribution partners and moving away from the exclusive relationship with San Francisco-based Indus International (Nasdaq:IINT), as a key element of Identitech's drive for continued strong revenue growth. Indus, which privately labels Identitech's FYI(R) product will continue to receive support for its Curator customers and will be able to distribute FYI software purchased and paid for prior to the end of the exclusivity.
