Comverse Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:CMVT) today announced the following executive appointments:

Itsik Danziger has been appointed President, Comverse Technology, Inc., with Kobi Alexander continuing to serve

as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Comverse Technology, Inc. Previously, Mr. Danziger served as President of the company's Network Systems Division. Zeev Bregman has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company's Network Systems Division. Previously, Mr. Bregman served as Chief Operating Officer of the company's Network Systems Division. Francis Girard has been appointed Vice Chairman of the company's Network Systems Division. Previously, Mr. Girard served as Chief Executive Officer of the company's Network Systems Division.
