PFU Ltd. Named Kofax Distributor to Serve Japanese Document Imaging Market.

To expand the use of advanced document imaging tools in the Japanese market, Kofax and PFU Ltd., a division of Fujitsu, have teamed to provide Kofax's award-winning document capture products

to customers in the region.

PFU will market Kofax's wide-range of image-processing solutions which include Kofax's VirtualReScan (VRS) and Adrenaline products. As an automated document image-perfecting solution, VRS will assist customers to significantly improve the scanning process by providing higher-quality document images.

PFU also will support Adrenaline, Kofax's family of scanner controllers, image-processing accelerators and software engines designed to boost scanner performance.
