PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 2002

Wizzard Software (OTCBB:WIZD) is pleased to announce the launch of two new speech related products that improve accuracy and offer greater administrator management for two of the most widely used speech recognition

engines on the market.

These new products are an extension of Wizzard's award winning line of Voice Tools products that have been downloaded by over 45,000 programmers to date. Management feels the new breakthrough products enhance the company's position as the leading desktop speech recognition application provider and clearly demonstrate why Wizzard is the first choice for businesses looking to use speech recognition on the desktop to increase the productivity of their workforce.

The SpeechNET WIZZARD is a network administrator tool that allows for powerful end user management of IBM's ViaVoice speech recognition engine across a Windows based network. The SpeechNET WIZZARD allows for sharing of a user's speech profile and enables a user to log onto any workstation and have access to their personal speech files, increasing speech recognition accuracy and saving significant set-up time. Other features include:

-- Ability to create custom word lists to add to the base vocabulary

-- Ability to add, edit and delete installed words

-- Ability to import large word lists from a text file

-- Ability to add, edit or delete the actual audio pronunciation of words

The Lexicon WIZZARD is a customization tool for the SAPI speech recognition engine Microsoft includes with its Office XP product and in its Windows XP operating system -- used by millions of people worldwide. The Lexicon WIZZARD increases user accuracy by giving greater control over the base vocabulary and allowing users to customize the speech engine to their individual needs. Features include:

-- Ability to create custom word lists to add to the base vocabulary

-- Ability to add, edit and delete installed words

-- Ability to import large word lists from a text file

-- Ability to add, edit or delete the actual audio pronunciation of words

"The Lexicon WIZZARD and the SpeechNET WIZZARD provide our customers improved speech recognition accuracy and easier end user management, lowering the barrier of entry for large companies and offering them a greater return on their investment in speech recognition," says Armen Geronian, Wizzard's Chief Technical Officer. "Wizzard has found that companies no longer question whether or not speech recognition increases productivity in their workforce -- it does. Businesses are increasingly looking to speech as a way to reduce costs. The Lexicon WIZZARD and SpeechNET WIZZARD tools lower the cost of implementation and bring speech recognition accuracy to a level where we can clearly demonstrate a path to savings for our customers within 30 days of implementation."
