The NASDAQ Stock Market has advised Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (ISIS)(OTCBB: ISSS) that it will begin trading as PlanGraphics, Inc. on Monday, May 6, 2002, using a new symbol

The company's shareholders approved the name change at the annual shareholders' meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2002. The company believes the new name and trading symbol will aid the investing community in linking news about the company's activities under the PlanGraphics, Inc. name found in the general media with the company's trading symbol in the public markets.
