Prosodie Interactive Strengthens its Unified Communications Suite

of Services with recent acquisition of TelSurf Networks, Inc.

Prosodie Interactive, a market leader in Interactive Voice Response and enhanced services technology, today announced the staged integration of voice portal, speech recognition and voice XML technology acquired during its recent acquisition of TelSurf Networks Inc. into its enhanced communications services.

TelSurf Networks, Inc., a leading provider of voice-activated solutions, was acquired by Prosodie Interactive earlier this year. The California-based company provides voice technology that is fully network based and built to carrier grade specifications.

The addition of TelSurf's voice portal technology provides a natural voice interface to Prosodie's unified communications system, enabling voice activated dialing, and a voice interface for call management, personal information management, and account administration functions. The integration of speech recognition services enables more complex features without having to rely on a telephone keypad. In addition, TelSurf's voice XML technology brings a standard, open voice applications development scripting language to the Prosodie Interactive platform, allowing customers to create their own applications for the Prosodie unified communications platform.
