For the past 15 years, Ken has worked as a traveling teacher, trainer, and curriculum designer for several major technology companies. He thoroughly enjoys his job and can now boast that he has "touched the dirt" and eaten at least one meal in all 50 U.S. states and in 20 different countries. He's a million-mile member of the Northwest Airlines frequent flier program and knows more about the routine operation of most hotel chains than the local hotel managers do.
