ISSAQUAH, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 1997--CobWeb Inc., will provide the final piece to the Northwest's first fully integrated front-to-back e-commerce solution with its partnership with Interact Inc.

CobWeb (www.cobweb.com), a regional leader in electronic commerce and online

marketing, has licensed its Merchant Gateway(TM) transaction processing component to Interact, a premier call center and fulfillment service. Interact, a Pac Services company, will interface Merchant Gateway with Interact's order management system, Interact's Microsoft NT-based order management, inventory and fulfillment system.

The integrated package will give the merchant engaging in electronic commerce a complete online shopping and fulfillment solution for the first time. The experience for the end-user is increasingly quick and secure.
