Under the terms of the agreement, Bluewave Web will supply the broadband infrastructure and broadband connectivity to provide streaming and interactive TV services to subscribers in Beijing. Bluewave Web will utilize EnReach's professional services and integration expertise to provide a low cost set-top box which will include EnReach's iTV middleware and application software to enable web-browsing, e-mail, video-on-demand and music-on-demand.
