EXi Telecoms and Parsons Communications Group today announced a joint venture to provide turnkey network and associated facility services for telecom equipment suppliers and operators across the U.S.

The new company,

to be called EXi Parsons Telecom LLC, will provide telecom equipment suppliers and network operators with a `single source' capable of taking full responsibility for the rollout of major new third generation mobile networks across the U.S. as well as other large telecommunications projects.

Parsons' experience in providing technical and management solutions for wireline, wireless, and data center customers and EXi Telecoms' global expertise in delivering active network telecom services are combined to create a powerful new quality organization that will be delivering a full spectrum of services tailored to meet the varying requirements of customers.
