DALLAS -- VISIONS: The Women's Expo has engaged with med3q.com to create a unique online community for its patrons designed to extend the expo's benefits beyond the two-day event held in Dallas each year.

In its 18th year, VISIONS is an event women attend for shopping, enlightenment,

med3q.com is a free social networking website where people gather to find or offer support, information and guidance. med3q features a wide variety of online tools to track and manage health, nutrition and fitness.

A specifically tailored VISIONS community on med3q will provide a place where the more than 12,000 attendees can join and continue to interact with one another long after the expo closes on Sunday.

"Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not a passive experience. med3q members get actively involved and share and learn from each other, which builds the value of the site for everyone," says med3q founder W. Harwood Runner.

The VISIONS expo features over 300 exhibitors and sponsors from around the country, spectacular guest speakers, shopping, product sampling and, now, a special place on the Internet where the fun and benefits of participating can continue.
