QuickBooks does so many things it’s easy to lose track of the small stuff. I was asked by a participant in one of my classes how this could be done and had to look it up in QuickBooks help. Here’s how you do it.

From the QuickBooks Menu select “File/Printer Setup”. Select “Check/PayCheck” from the “Form Name” dropdown menu.

You can now add your logo by clicking the “Logo” button and selecting your logo picture file. You can also print the company name and address on the check by clicking a check box. Should you wish to change the font for the name and address, select the “Fonts” tab at the top of the form.
