Each user can create their own customized display with the information important to their own accounting function. Individual users can only see financial information that they have been been given permission to see. From this screen you can also pay bills or receive payments. Here’s how you can configure company snapshot to fit your needs.
To delete an existing display click the “x” in the upper right hand corner. To add a new financial status display, click the “Add Content” icon in the upper left hand corner of the company snapshot screen to select from the following options.
Once you are finished selecting finanancial status displays click the “Done” icon. You can drag displays to the desired configuration on your screen.
For the account balance display, select only the accounts you want to see using the “Select Accounts” icon in the lower left hand corner of that display.
