Twitter Search Is A Great Tool For Current and Past Conversations

Thursday, July 9 2009

Have you ever watched one of those "In Place English" videos from Common Craft? They are the absolute experts at putting together great videos that communicate the complex in an easy way. I am a raving fan! If you need this type of service for your company, be sure to check them out first.

They recenly released one of their (evaluation) videos on how to use Twitter search. Twitter search is a really great way to find out what people are saying (or have said) about a particular topic. And if you're wondering what all those #words are on Twitter (hashtags!), this video gives you a great explanation.

Here's the video and don't forget to follow Common Craft on Twitter @commoncraft.
