When we have a need to submit memos from accounting to payroll we use a system of notes posted to the ledger. This is read by tax accounting and finance. Our building is 2 levels accounting Mike Sears and Finance Steven Sears. Both in the Sears Law Building. Maximum eight is enough for best processing. Attorney and Cpa departments working together.
