Before today, I knew Judson Laipply only as "that dancing guy from YouTube" - and doesn't everyone know who I am talking about? Sure, he's been on Oprah, but the masses have seen him in that short segment with a couple dozen different dances on stage.

I'm in Dallas at an international conference and one of the great features was to hear Judson speak - he is a motivational keynote speaker and wow was he great. What most people don't know is that he was a speaker before he was famous on YouTube -

Judson's presentation was so great because it was simple and funny. I highly recommend him and am scheming right now on ways to bring him to my business community in the Northwest.

After his talk, my pal April Brown and I had the pleasure of meeting him and posed for a quick photo. The photo will be posted soon - here is the quote Jud left us with at the end of his talk: Life isn't always the party we had hoped for but while we are here - we might as well dance!

His message was very empowering. I won't spoil it because I took great notes but think you should hear him in person. The crux of the message though was to make things happen and be willing to change. Moving forward requires change..... hence the dance routine he created to demonstrate what he speaks about. What a wonderful way to make a point with attendees.

Great message - entertaining and memorable.
