This project replaced a Web site that was difficult to navigate with a solution featuring a fully functional purchase requisition system with the ability to designate order builders and order approvers. To streamline the customer order process, the product search tool allows customers to search by item, description, manufacturer, manufacturer item and customer item, while order guides allow users to create convenient lists of products for quick ordering. Once an order is placed, users can determine whether it is open, shipped or pending--all in real-time. In addition, account inquiry tools permit customers to view account status, reprint or export invoices.
