NetCalendar, Inc., the premier provider of Web-based personal scheduling tools and content, announces today that it has changed its name to NC, Inc.

The transformation of the corporate name

NC, Inc. launched its calendaring ASP product The Daily Drill(TM) in February 1999. To the user, the DailyDrill.com technology is a free online calendar that allows individuals to track everything from meetings and errands to local events. NC Inc. licenses its calendaring ASP's patent-pending technology to web sites, portals and wireless services.

The technology features customizable functions and content preferences, plus synching with personal information managers such as Palm Pilots(R). DailyDrill.com also provides individual and group calendars.

Your Local Buzz, NC, Inc.'s premier local events product, provides a turnkey, sticky content solution for Top 1000 web sites, niche portal sites and wireless services. Your Local Buzz provides events information for more categories of events for more cities than any other Internet-based event provider.

Your Local Buzz currently covers events in cities around the world, ranging from happy hours to museum happenings, and hockey games to gospel concerts. Your Local Buzz will cover 200 cities worldwide by late summer.

In late May, NC Inc. announced licensing agreements to provide Your Local Buzz local events content to permission marketing email companies, LifeMinders and PopMail.com. Combined, the two agreements provide for the distribution of Your Local Buzz to more than 7 million users.
