Leopardi Named Treasurer of Citrix.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTXS), a global leader in application serving and portal software and services, today announced the appointment of Karen Leopardi as treasurer.

Leopardi

has more than 10 years of experience and a strong background in financial management. As treasurer, Leopardi will be responsible for all domestic and international treasury activities, including bank relations, risk management, treasury operations and all capital market activities.

Previously, Leopardi served as controller for Citrix. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University, a master's degree in accounting from the University of Miami, is a certified public accountant, and is a member of both the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Leopardi will report to David Urbani, vice president, finance for Citrix.
