in Silicon Valley and more effective and convenient access to the Japanese market.

Mr. Yoshitaro Kumagai will operate the new Silicon Valley office. To date Mr. Kumagai has been an advisor and agent for Destiny's Asian business, and this expansion will increase his important role in the company's growth. Mr. Kumagai has had significant success in gaining exposure for Destiny in the Japanese market. Since becoming Destiny's exclusive Japanese agent, he has established and signed several prominent resellers. GBNexsite Co Ltd, a leading internet and technology integrator will use the Clipstream product suite for their sites http://www.woman.co.jp, Japan's largest women's portal, and http://www.bitsurvey.com, an online professional survey system. Digital Craft Co. Ltd will resell the Destiny products in Northern Japan. Mr. Kumagai has also directly sold portal licenses to Liveblitz.com and Onna.com. This Silicon Valley expansion will prove to be important to the company's growth in both the West Coast and Asian markets.

Mr. Kumagai became Destiny's Japanese agent in January. He is a highly respected leader in the high-tech industry with over 20 years experience in the electronics and consumer fields. He held key senior management and executive positions at the following companies: Mead, Singer, IDEC Corp. and DPA Technology in addition to serving as Chairman and CEO of Vivatar Corporation.
