Regency Centers Announces Launch of Newly Redesigned Website.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Regency Centers (NYSE:REG), a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, announced today the launch of the company's newly redesigned website at www.regencycenters.com. Intended to be Regency's comprehensive and premier communications and sales tool, the site focuses on helping to generate leasing and development while better communicating Regency's dedication to quality and industry innovation, local market presence and national scope. The new website features easy navigation and a clean visual appearance, plus user-friendly functionality.

The website was showcased at the recent International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) "RECon" spring convention in Las Vegas. At the Regency Centers location, the company set-up several computers which operated "real-time" for researching and sharing property information and available space, plus downloadable site plans to showcase properties and to support interaction with Regency's experts. The new design also serves to reduce the need for printed materials, in line with the Company's sustainability initiative, greengenuity[TM].

Website users will benefit from easy-to-use navigation that allows viewers to find relevant content faster and easier than before with specific pages including Properties, Developments, Company News, Acquisitions and Dispositions, and Investor Relations, among others.

For example, in the Development section "The Perfect Partner" page is a newly added feature which addresses the company's interest in identifying potential joint venture partners. The page includes links to regional contacts in development who will move quickly to capitalize on opportunities and the flexibility to consider complex or long-term projects. The page also features a section about Regency's self-funding capital strategy and resources, plus an extensive history and knowledge about shopping center development infrastructure, entitlement expertise and relationships with cities and major retailers across the country.

Additionally, the Development page showcases the quality of the projects Regency builds, the importance of working with cities and communities to build a center that serves the surrounding area along with the company's extensive demographic studies and database.

The Properties page allows viewers to select a variety of specific search criteria to quickly access property-level information as well as leasing and property contacts across the country with minimal clicks.

The new greengenuity[TM] page focuses on Regency's sustainability platform which addresses three areas where the company can lessen its impact on the environment and fulfill the commitment to become better stewards of the communities served.
