Arizona Technology Council Unveils Redesigned Website with More Features and Expanded Content.

Advanced Tools Sections Provides Resources Exclusive to Members

PHOENIX -- In another phase of expansion that began earlier this year with extended affiliate programs that allow members to purchase products and services at a discounted rate, the Arizona Technology Council launched a redesigned

Website. With a new look and feel featuring expanded content and an updated registration system, the Website is now powered by WebLinkCONNECT. As the leading membership management software for chambers of commerce and associations across the United States, WebLinkCONNECT is the enabling internet application for the site's robust, secure and easy-to-use features.

A more advanced member tools section provides resources exclusive to Arizona Technology Council members including a directory to facilitate communications and networking opportunities as well as a member-to-member discount program. By allowing members to promote discounts being offered to other members of the Council, the program is an ideal way to gain visibility for products and services, while also affording cost-savings opportunities.

"As we expand membership, more effectively lobby for state policy and explore potential partners and alliances with other key technology organizations, we realize we need a more robust presence on the internet with timely information," said Steven Zylstra, president and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council. "Our goal is to build the site into a top favorite among technology professionals that will continue to provide benefits to our members and the community we serve."

The new site will soon be a portal for breaking technology news fed directly from Ty Young, author of AZ Tech News and longtime Arizona reporter formerly of The Tucson Citizen, The Arizona Republic and the Phoenix Business Journal. Additional industry insight, analysis and commentary will be provided in a Blog authored by Zylstra. As a veteran of the Arizona technology community with deep ties to global and national organizations, Zylstra will provide his perspective on local community news, noteworthy companies and national trends.

Future enhancements to the site include a Career Center that will provide members with networking opportunities for job-seekers and businesses looking for talent. Career seekers will be able to check out quality job postings added every week while employers can search for talent and find the perfect candidate to build their workforce.
