Link To A Welcoming Post

 Mere minutes after leaving a comment on  PGreenblog bemoaning the lack of actionable CRM blogs, I ran across a post at the Jim Berkowitz's e-Journal. Jim linked to a post at MediaPost's s Email Insider titled, "Missing The Chance To Say 'You're Welcome."I'm forwarding it on to several people in my organization.

The post discussed the opportunity most organizations miss by not sending a better response to customers/members when they sign up for a newsletter or register for a site. If your organization signs people up online and you want to get your relationships with them off to a better start, I highly recommend it.
