AOL, XM team on net radio services.(ONLINE MUSIC SERVICES)(alliances and partnerships between...

America Online, which owns one of the largest Internet radio networks, and XM Satellite Radio have teamed up on a new online radio service that should generate even more interest in these alternative radio sources.

The two intend their joint offering to become the largest combined digital radio network in the world. It will also give nonsubscribers a taste of what AOL's Net radio and XM's satellite radio services have to offer.
