The market for electronic government services will explode in the next few years, as agencies at federal, state and local levels move more services online, from paying parking tickets to renewing business licenses. By 2005, government spending on cyberservices will triple to about $15 billion from $5 billion this year, benefiting not only U.S. citizens but a host of software, consulting and information management firms as well.
