IF YOU'VE EVER TRIED TO ACCESS A STREAMING video clip from Madonna's latest release, even on a high-speed connection, then you know the pain of which Metapa co-founders Scott Yara and D'Arcy Young speak. Metapa--shorthand for "media to all places"--plans to launch a full-service digital media outsourcing house in the first quarter of 2001 that should make Madonna's online moves much smoother, taking the digital-media delivery burden off content providers.
