Metacube Ltd. Launched In U.K.; Stanford Technology Group Expands Marketing and Support Efforts...

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 3, 1995--Stanford Technology Group, Inc. (STG) announced today it has expanded its marketing and customer support presence with the opening of additional international offices.

MetaCube Ltd. is a U.K. venture capital-backed start-up, responsible for selling and

supporting STG's MetaCube(TM) product line in the U.K. and Republic of Ireland. Stewart Holness, formerly Marketing Director for Business Objects, has been appointed Director, U.K. Operations, for MetaCube Ltd. Prior to Business Objects, he was a technical manager for Ingres and a senior consultant at Information Builders.

In addition, STG opened its Eastern Region office in Boston, MA. STG has hired industry veteran Patrick McHugh to lead the Eastern Region operations. McHugh has previously held a variety of sales, marketing, business development, and field management positions at companies including Kendall Square Research, Multitrak Software, EMC Corporation, and Hewlett Packard. At STG, McHugh will oversee the sales, marketing, and support efforts for the MetaCube product line in 18 Eastern states from Maine to Florida.
