MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 1997--Information Advantage, the leading provider of enterprise on-line analytical processing (OLAP) software, today announced that it has received the 1997 DCI/META Group Excellence in Business Information Award.

The award recognizes the implementation

of outstanding, successful financial data warehousing, data access and analysis, and decision support applications. Information Advantage is the only company to receive this award for two consecutive years, showing DecisionSuite's ability to scale to very large data warehouses.

The award is sponsored by DCI in conjunction with Data Management Review, and is co-sponsored by META Group and the International Data Warehouse Association (IDWA).
