Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. released a new proprietary custom designed technology platform to its in-house team, broker network and retailer clients nationwide.
It represents a first ever transaction management system specifically designed around expediting real estate disposition, lease restructuring and lease renewals and corresponding valuations on behalf of retailers.
The system combines a relational database, contact management system, document facilitator, property marketing feature, Web site property search engine, Web site client access tool and real time client reporting and analyses into one platform. Additionally, this new system is fully integrated into the company's recently redesigned website.
