Wall Street's Web maven thinks b-to-b e-commerce is a swell industry but that many of its players will flop.
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. Internet analyst Mary Meeker said in a new report that her company is optimistic about b-to-b e-commerce's overall future. But look closer, she warns.
