Micrografx, Inc. of Dallas, (Nasdaq:MGXI) and i-MARK, Inc. of Hartford, Conn., today announced a cooperative marketing agreement to integrate Micrografx's innovative ActiveCGM technologies with i-MARK's
This joint offering will deliver world-class eCatalog navigation that is both sophisticated and intuitive to buyers of complex, engineered products. The combination of solutions will specifically target manufacturers and distributors of industrial and high technology products.

By integrating Micrografx' ActiveCGM, the product discovery process becomes more visual and dynamic. ActiveCGM can automatically convert, display and animate technical drawings within an i-MARK SmartCAT eCatalog solution. By integrating ActiveCGM with i-MARK's 'one-screen' selection process, i-Mark sets new standards in end-user search-and-discover capabilities.
