SOUTHFIELD, Mich. -- Radley Corporation, a leading provider of Business to Business and Automated Data Collection solutions for manufacturers has announced the availability of their e-commerce solutions in a hosted environment. The company's flagship product iCARaS (Internet Computerized Automotive Release accounting System) provides integrated EDI, XML, label printing, shipment scanning and guaranteed EDI trading partner compliance for companies that ship to the major automotive OEMs, Tier 1 and sub-tier suppliers, as well as major heavy equipment, off-road and recreational vehicle providers.
The hosted solution allows subscribers to access, use and integrate the software into their manufacturing and order entry applications using XML and Web Services. Technical duties, such as, updating software and backing up data, are outsourced to Radley professionals and are included within the standard monthly subscription price. Radley's collocated servers are architected into a professional ASP facility and are designed to deliver 100% uptime.
"By leveraging the power of the Internet and Radley Corporation's extensive experience in the B2B environment, we can offer customers a solution that has a low capital investment and is very simple to use," says Dave Ley, CEO of Radley. The e-commerce solution set includes support for Web forms, XML, EDI and Internet printing of shipping and receiving labels.
iCARaS is a Honda certified solution that has over 250 trading partners, pre-mapped and certified for immediate usage. iCARaS utilizes modern integration techniques with standardized or user configured formats, making it easy for suppliers to download customer demand and shipping information into their back-office applications or spreadsheets for small or low volume suppliers.
Radley's e-commerce suite provides a complete closed-loop supply chain visibility process from initial customer demand and forecast management capabilities through the downstream ordering of components from our customer's supply chain.
"Having a robust solution like iCARaS available in a hosted environment makes it simple for small or low volume suppliers to comply with OEM programs similar to Honda's GPCS/VC2 or Ford's MMOG," states Mark Farneth, Radley's president. "One of the key benefits of our solution is the continuous guaranteed trading partner compliance that ensures our customers are always synchronized with their customer's e-commerce initiatives."
