Intraco's Speech Recognition and Voice Powered Website Technology

Provides Access to Markets Adding Growth to the

Already Explosive ASP Market

Intraco Systems,

Inc. (OTCBB:INSY), a leading edge supplier of Voice and Speech Recognition technologies specializing in Application Service Provider (ASP) services and solutions, has joined the fast-growing Application Service Provider (ASP) Industry Consortium, an international advocacy group dedicated to fostering greater understanding of, and guidelines for, the fast-emerging application service provider segment of the computer industry.

The Massachusetts-based ASP Industry Consortium has grown quickly in less than a year. Launched on May 11 at Networld + Interop in Las Vegas with 25 companies, the consortium now has more than 400 members, including Intraco Systems, Inc. The consortium will sponsor research, foster best practices and work to educate the marketplace about the benefits of the evolving ASP delivery model.

Intraco Systems is leading the way in defining a new complimentary Voice ASP (VASP) category that will add to the overall Application Service Provider (ASP) industry development, which Forrester Research currently projects as a 210% annual growth rate market reaching $21B in 2001. As a VASP, Intraco specializes in voice technologies, such as speech recognition and Text-to-Speech (TTS) to voice enable applications. Voice Powered Websites(TM) provide the next quantum leap in unleashing the potential value of an online website by expanding its market reach to include access from any telephone in the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Companies must embrace this powerful technology quickly or risk losing this huge and currently untapped market to their competition. Intraco is delivering these highly valuable VASP solutions to a wide range of commercial B2B (Business To Business) customers.

"We are very pleased to help expand the limits of this dynamic ASP marketplace", said Walt Nawrocki, CEO of Intraco Systems, Inc. "As leaders in voice enablement and speech recognition we are looking forward to working closely with the ASP Industry Consortium to bring new technologies to the forefront of the ASP industry which will help fuel its already explosive growth."

The consortium has formed four working committees: Education and Outreach; Research; Best Practices; and Membership. Committee work was launched at the first all-member meeting of the ASP Industry Consortium in San Francisco in August, 1999, and initial deliverables were announced at the consortium's second meeting in November in Colorado.
