CTCO announced that it will begin offering Internet-accessible electronic games to its customers as a result of the signing of agreements with two premium game companies: Zone4Play, Inc. (OTCBB: ZFPI), a provider of multi-platform gaming solutions; and Exent Technologies, a provider of secure digital delivery of CDquality games.

CTE expects to launch the services of Internet games in the 2005 third quarter. The Internet games offerings will add an exciting entertainment component to CTE's existing portfolio of voice, video and data services.

CTE will offer the new services to residential customers in the combined footprint of the company's two primary operations: Commonwealth Telephone Company ("CT") and CTSI, LLC ("CTSI"). CTE's agreement with Zone4PIay will enable subscribers to select from a suite of single and multi-player games, as well as play-for-fun casino type games. The suite of multi-player games includes Texas Hold' em Poker, Bingo and Blackjack; additional games include Roulette, Slots, Video Poker and Caribbean Poker. All of the games will be accessible via the Internet.
