FRANKFORT, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2003

John J. Troiano has joined PlanGraphics Inc. (OTCBB:PGRA) as a senior account executive for the public sector central region, the company announced today.

Troiano brings 13 years of experience in information technology sales and marketing.

"With John's knowledge and experience of the public-sector IT marketplace, we will look to him to increase our presence and grow our sales," said Mike Langley, the PlanGraphics vice president who manages the company's consulting practice in the central region.

Troiano's career has spanned 13 years of diverse, progressive sales and marketing experience across an array of technology environments, including five years of comprehensive sales experience supporting enterprise-wide geographic information system solutions. He comes to PlanGraphics from Primus Geographics, Inc., where he was director of the company's government accounts team. He previously held sales and marketing positions with MapInfo Corporation, Red Hen Systems Inc., and First Chair Technologies Inc. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
