International technology consulting firm opens new office in Dallas, Texas

DALLAS -- Information Technology and Engineering consulting firm Oxford Global Resources, Inc. announces the opening of its Dallas, Texas office on September 10th. The new location at 13601 Preston Road provides Oxford the opportunity to deliver personalized service to its high-tech clients in and around Dallas, while creating high-tech jobs for local IT consultants.

The office is led by Jill Frakes, an 18 year Oxford veteran who has worked in Oxford offices across the country, most recently as Branch Manager for the Campbell, CA office. She has special expertise opening and growing offices and looks forward to building strong ties within the Dallas community.
